Terms of Service
BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE.
Please don't hesitate to ask me if you are confused about something!
ORDERING
★Prices are in USD
★I have the right to decline a commission.
★If you don't have a specific pose or expression in mind, I will go with artistic freedom.
★I can't specifically tell you when your commission will be done, but I usually finish them within a month, unless I notify you of any unexpected delays.
COPYRIGHT
★As the artist, I have ALL the rights to every piece of art I create, either digitally or printed.
★Commissioners don't have the right to use the commissioned piece(s) or any of my art for profitable reasons (like selling for a profit) without my permission.
★Commissioners will only receive a digital copy.
★Commissioners have the right to print their commission for their use ONLY, if they desire.
PAYMENTS
★I accept payment ONLY via Paypal.
★Payment must be paid within 24hrs, or else you will be moved to the back of the queue.
★Payment must be fully paid after I send you the sketch for approval.
REFUNDS
★A full refund is in order ONLY IF I didn't start working on the commission.
EXTRAS AND MODIFICATIONS
★A sketch will be sent for approval (except if a sketch is ordered).
★All my prices are base price, they can vary depending on your character complexity and by adding extra characters and/or a detailed background to the piece.
★If the commissioner wants to change something after the line-art is started, extra will be charged.
★If the reference of your character is of bad quality or not clear, I might not draw the character correctly. I am not responsible of those possible changes.
★I do not accept shaded references! If you send me one, you will be asked to send a non-shaded reference.
★If your character has extremely dark or extremely bright colors, I have the right to slightly alter the colors.
